1. Data processing generated by the use of 25miglia.it takes place at Via Roma 48, 08040 Loceri (NU).
2. If necessary, data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by the data processor or by persons appointed by them at the relevant headquarters.

1 – Types of Cookies
1. The website 25miglia.it uses cookies to make the browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store certain information that may concern the user, their preferences, or the device used to access the Internet (computer, tablet, or mobile phone). 1 – Data Processing Methods

V. USER RIGHTS
Article 13, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the user’s rights.
The website 25miglia.it therefore intends to inform the user of the existence of the following rights pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
a) pursuant to Article 15, the right of the data subject to request access to personal data from the controller; pursuant to Article 16, the right to rectify the data provided; pursuant to Article 18, the right to request restriction of processing; pursuant to Article 21, the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons; as well as the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation;
b) the right to request deletion pursuant to Article 17, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
c) the right to obtain confirmation that the operations of updating, rectification, integration, deletion, blocking, or transformation of data have been communicated, including their content, to those to whom the data were disclosed or disseminated, except in cases where this proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) – explicit consent – or on Article 9(2)(a) – explicit consent for the use of genetic, biometric, health data, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
Likewise, in case of violation of the regulation, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), the authority responsible for supervising data processing in Italy.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
a) The undersigned, pursuant to and for the purposes of GDPR 2016/679 and subsequent amendments, declares to be fully informed about the purposes and methods of processing of the data knowingly indicated in this notice and gives consent to the processing of personal data, including sensitive data (e.g., biometric data) referred to in point a. (in the absence of consent it will not be possible to participate in the canyoning activity).
b) The undersigned, pursuant to and for the purposes of GDPR 2016/679 and subsequent amendments, gives consent to the processing of personal data (e.g., email, telephone, images and videos), including through IT tools, including the sharing of images and videos with participants in the experiences and their use exclusively for the promotion and dissemination of sports and training activities, including publication on third-party websites, as referred to in point b. (in the absence of consent the photos of the experience will not be provided).
c) Transfer of economic exploitation rights on photographic and audiovisual works. The undersigned, aware that videos and photographs created by him/her during activities organized by ASD 25miglia may constitute intellectual works protected by copyright law (Law 633/1941), by signing this clause:
GRANTS AND LICENSES, on a non-exclusive basis, free of charge, irrevocably and for the entire legal duration of copyright protection, to ASD 25miglia (VAT/Tax Code 01683710915), represented by its legal representative pro tempore, any and all economic exploitation rights on the photographic and/or audiovisual works (hereinafter “Works”) created by him/her during the excursion and voluntarily shared with the association or other participants.
EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZES ASD 25miglia to exercise, without limitation, the following rights on the Works:
the right of reproduction in any form and manner;
the right of communication and making available to the public, including streaming and on-demand, through any medium and platform, including but not limited to the website 25miglia.it, social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), and third-party websites;
the right of editing, modification, cutting and assembly, including for the creation of derivative works such as promotional videos, reels, collages and other advertising material;
the right of distribution by any means.
DECLARES that this transfer is intended exclusively for the promotion, documentation and dissemination of sports and educational activities organized by ASD 25miglia.
WAIVES, for himself/herself and for his/her heirs or assigns, any payment, compensation or economic claim for the exploitation of the Works by ASD 25miglia for the purposes indicated above, acknowledging that the sharing and enhancement of the common experience constitute adequate consideration.
CONSENTS that ASD 25miglia may, at its discretion, not mention the name of the undersigned as the author of the Works in the context of their promotional use, while still recognizing intellectual authorship.
If consent to this point is not provided, the videos and photographs created by the participant and shared by them may not be used by the Association for the promotional purposes described above.
