Canyoning Bau Mela

Bau Mela canyon runs through one of the most ancient and majestic forests in Ogliastra — deep in the heart of Villagrande Strisaili.

The stream descends from the high peaks of the Gennargentu massif, carving its path through rock and woodland until it opens into a series of breathtaking natural pools — a summer favourite for families, children, and adventurers of every kind.

This section of canyon is open to everyone — truly everyone. No prior experience needed. Just the willingness to show up and dive in.
