Level 1 Course – Strengthening the Basics
Duration: 3 days | Number of participants: min 3, max 10 | Minimum age: 12 years
You’ve already joined a few canyoning trips and it was love at first sight — we totally understand! This is the course for you: we will teach you the essential techniques to safely descend a canyon and everything you need to “read” the environment around you. With this canyoning course, you’ll gain the skills needed to move independently through a canyon of medium difficulty.

BY THE END OF THE COURSE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

- Rappel independently while applying all necessary safety precautions

Level 2 Course – Developing Initiative
Duration: 5 days| Number of participants: min 3, max 10 | Minimum age: 16 years
After taking part in several canyoning trips, you may feel that having only a passive role is no longer what you’re looking for. With this course, you will not only be able to move efficiently with a group during an excursion, but you will also be able to actively support your guide during the activity. A responsibility not to be taken lightly!

BY THE END OF THE COURSE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO
- Pack a backpack with all the necessary equipment and assist in preparing the group gear
- Apply essential techniques to progress through a canyon with a group of participants of similar experience
- Descend and ascend on rope independently and safely
- Develop a genuine sense of responsibility toward the other participants
- Be aware of the risks and the procedures required to move safely
- Carry out techniques and instructions safely
- Encourage and cultivate team spirit

Requirements: Be autonomous in rope progression, both horizontal and vertical. Be able to swim and not suffer from physical or psychological conditions that could prevent or discourage participation in this activity.
Level 3 Course – Taking the Lead
Duration: 5 days | Number of participants: min 3, max 10 | Minimum age: 18 years
When you have gained a great deal of experience—but still feel there are new goals to achieve—it’s time to take the Level III canyoning course. By the end, you will have the skills needed to take the lead of your group, guiding the descent through complex canyons filled with obstacles. You will be responsible for managing the situation and equipped with the skills to instruct beginners, while ensuring the activity continues in safe conditions. It will be your role to plan the activity from start to finish.

- Perform progression techniques in a canyon with the goal of managing a group of beginners
- Rappel independently and safely
- Develop a genuine sense of responsibility toward the participants
- Be aware of the risks and act promptly to prevent them
- Manage anchor maneuvers and establish safety instructions
- Carry out maneuvers smoothly and efficiently while always maintaining safety standards
- Encourage and cultivate team spirit

Level 4 Course – Emergency Management
During a canyoning trip, unexpected situations with potential danger may arise. In these moments, preparation, coordination and timing make it possible to manage the problem and, in most cases, continue the activity. In this course, we will teach you how to apply the correct techniques to respond to an emergency involving yourself or a member of your group. With these skills—together with your experience in complex canyons—you will be able to aspire to the role of a true canyoning leader in Sardinia!
